COVID-19 has caused many small businesses and organizational buildings to close down. Among those are salons, restaurants, worshipping centers and food businesses. This package explores the different ways these businesses have adapted to the unexpected circumstances created by the pandemic and reopened their companies and organizations.

Kripa is currently a senior and a managing editor for El Estoque. She is an officer for the Random Acts of Kindness club and a member of MV Andaaz. In her free time, she enjoys painting, singing and getting boba with her friends.

Nika is a senior and sports editor for El Estoque. Along with being a staff writer for La Pluma and Res Novae, she is the founder and president of the Monta Vista Persian Club. In her free time, she likes to go on walks and spend time with her friends.
