COVID-19 has caused many small businesses and organizational buildings to close down. Among those are salons, restaurants, worshipping centers and food businesses. This package explores the different ways these businesses have adapted to the unexpected circumstances created by the pandemic and reopened their companies and organizations.

Kripa is currently a sophomore and a staff writer for El Estoque. In her free time, she enjoys painting, embroidery and singing.

Riya is currently a junior and a staff writer for El Estoque. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, reading, traveling and walking her dog. She is passionate about biology, journalism and the show Criminal Minds.
