Each year, the Indo-American Student Association (IASA) hosts Spotlite on India, a show that aims to showcase various aspects of Indian culture, such as music, fashion and dance. Featuring dance acts by MVHS Indian dance groups such as MV Raas and Bhangra, as well as music performances from various students and comedy sketches held by the MCs, Spotlite requires great planning. The officer team, consisting of senior Samheeta Mistry; juniors Divya Suresh, Sangita Kunapali and Madhav Danturthi; and sophomores Anand Kathardekar and Harshita Pandian, have been planning for this event for quite some time now.
