Athletes in different sports often have different approaches to the games they play. While basketball players might have a certain routine involving jump shots before a game, wrestlers have special preparations they make before matches as well. Preparation extends far beyond pre-match superstitions before a competition, and spans from a single practice all the way into the offseason trainings. Nutrition is also a big part of athletes routines and can vary between sports. But, above everything, the way athletes carry themselves when they are not competing and instead preparing varies between the average athlete and the exceptional one.
