Boys volleyball: Team gets revenge against Bellarmine College Preparatory in season’s home opener

It had been a heartbreaking end to a season. The boys volleyball team had carried themselves to the semifinals of the 2016 CCS tournament, only to be shut down by outstanding play from Bellarmine College Preparatory. On Wednesday, March 1, it was time for payback. MVHS shut out BCP with a strong defensive effort and outside presence, ending the night with scores of 25-21, 25-19 and 25-13. Boys volleyball will play their next home game on Wednesday, March 8 against the Harker High School.
