With the opening of Main Street Cupertino, several restaurants have built their image around town with the common theme: Fast fine dining. Among several is LYFE Kitchen, a chain restaurant based in Palo Alto, California that strives to establish its mark as a tasty yet healthy eating brand. CEO Chance Carlisle, CMO Steph Hoppe and Chef Kim Buchanan all led the tour that was open to nearby High School publications for a tasting of five sample dishes. In the video below Carlisle explains LYFE’s specific purpose in continuing the healthy eating trend, the origins of Fast Fine Dining and the atmosphere of the restaurant.
