Mandatory meeting begins this year’s round of ASB officer elections
On March 11, a lunchtime meeting in the Leadership room held by the current ASB officers will be held for incoming seniors who are interested in running for ASB office for the 2011-2012 school year. During the meeting, the application and each ASB officer position will be explained.
The applications will be due on March 17. Campaigning and officer elections will be held the week after, from March 23 to March 25. Results will be announced the evening of March 25.
Recently, a proposal was made to allow incoming juniors to run for ASB office as well. However, the motion did not pass during Leadership Council. Check back soon for more information on the rejected proposal for allowing juniors to serve as ASB officers.
