The myth of Cupertino’s “bubble” has given people in our community a false perception of safety or exception from issues that are presently affecting other parts of the country. From invisible crime and shame around unemployment to the local impact of President Trump’s executive orders, El Estoque’s Opinion section dives deep to reveal areas in which the “bubble” does not quite shield our community, despite what we may believe.
