Three ways to spice up your morning tea

Bay and cardamom tea

-Pinch of cardamom 

-One bay leaf 

-2 tablespoons black tea 

Add all of these ingredients into one bowl, and then add too a strainer or sauce pan. Pour hot water into the mixture, and let brew for 2-3 minutes. Slowly pour out into a cup, and enjoy!

Ginger black tea 

-2 tablespoons black tea 

-One chunk of ginger 

Using a mortar and pestle, crush up your ginger into a softer texture and add it to a black tea mixture. Pour 2 cups of hot water into your tea pot and optionally also add a half cup of hot milk as well into the mixture. Brew for about 5 minutes, and pour it out for a brown color.

Red and black tea 

-2 tablespoons black tea 

-5-6 cloves 

-Pinch of cinnamon bark 

-One star anise 

Add all of these ingredients into one mixture. Pour into a teapot with hot water and let brew for 1-2 minutes. Pour it out into a cup, and enjoy!
