Neutral Density Films is in its final stages of completing its first major movie of the year. The film is centered around a stubborn boy whose high-five is left hanging, so from then on, he refuses to put his arm down until someone returns his high-five. ND Films is working towards having all the scenes filmed and edited by the end of this month.
