Students sat around computers in room A103 on Oct. 13, the bright light from the screens illuminating their faces as Design It officers went through a power point describing the do’s and dont’s of fonts. Building on the skills the officers taught last meeting (using Canva ), club members began to experiment with utilizing different fonts and creating their own graphics. Officers showed students various examples of how to use elements of fonts, such as thickness and style, to create an aesthetic that fits the mood of the occasion.
