Of the elevators in MVHS installed to help transport materials and carry disabled students and members of staff, two broke – almost simultaneously – at the end of 2014. According to Facilities Manager Chris Kenney, one of the elevators began shaking violently, while the other’s sensor malfunctioned. This is how they were fixed.
