[dropcap1]T[/dropcap1]here is a quote outside the Cupertino Library that reads, “I have always imagined that Paradise will be a kind of library.” To find their own paradise, children check out the latest fantasy novels and delve into faraway lands of genies and magicians. Teens come together to plant community gardens and re-enact the Hunger Games. Adults come to escape their busy lives, read to their children and catch up with their favorite series. The library is a meeting place of friends, of ideas and of community. The library is also where FBLA teammates junior Justin Chang and freshman Tommaso Framba, LHS senior Annie Liu and librarian Cindy Wee share their quirky stories. In its exploration of the library, El Estoque attempts to capture snippets of the idiosyncrasies of our community.
