Choirs debut with “All You Need is Love” concert

Kevin Tsukii

Held on Nov. 18 during school and at 7 p.m., Choir’s debut “All You Need is Love” themed-concert filled the auditorium with soundtracks and songs of desire, loss and romance. All four choirs — A choir, B choir, concert choir and Variations — took to the stage and overflowed to the aisles, singing music ranging from Italian love song “Amor Vittorioso” to “I’m Not That Girl” from Broadway musical “Wicked” and ending on “I See the Light” from the Disney movie Tangled. Key soloists included freshman A choir singer Victoria Ngo, and violinist and Variations senior Howard Yang.
