Senior and Varsity Football player Alex Lee’s interest in football began in fifth grade, when he first began watching the sport. However, due to being homeschooled until high school, Lee only started playing football in his freshman year of high school. According to Lee, his sophomore and senior year were the most rewarding.

“My best year was probably sophomore year and then senior year,” Lee said. “When you’re a freshman or junior, especially in my old school, you don’t really get to play that much … At my old school, I played JV freshman and sophomore year, so sophomore year I was the team captain and I played all four quarters; I didn’t get off the field”
