Nearly a year has passed since distance learning began in March of 2020, and students have adapted to receiving an education that is entirely online. While there have been countless complaints and criticisms about remote learning, many students have discovered certain perks as well.
Regular side
- Scrolling through social media while in a Zoom meeting
- Texting your classmate about something funny happening in class
- Reuniting online with an old family friend who had moved away
- Having easy access to a restroom whenever
- Wearing pajamas all day, including in class
- Seeing your family members from across the world in a Zoom call without having to visit in-person
- Waking up right before school starts and getting an extra hour of sleep
- Meeting a new friend from across the country through Among Us
