Behind the scenes: MVHS boys basketball

When the MVHS boys basketball team takes the floor on game day, it’s not without hours of practice. In the days leading up to games, the players run liners, scrimmage each other, reflect on previous games and have a few laughs along the way. They’ve work on specific plays, focus on how to combat the strengths of their upcoming opponent and target instructions to improve on their own weaknesses — and it all happens at practice.
