2014 and 2002 were the last years that a member from Speech and Debate, respectively, qualified for the California High School Speech Association State Tournaments and National Speech & Debate Tournament. This year, the club will be sending sophomore Eesha Moona to the state speech tournament and senior Sajeev Saluja to the national debate tournament. After being selected from a rigorous qualification tournament in the fourth most competitive district in the nation, they are getting ready to face a much bigger challenge.
