he current Ohana officers all gathered in room A105 on Wednesday, May 23, ready to familiarize themselves with the future applicants through their extensive interview process. Each officer had a question to ask, such as “Why did you originally want to be a part of Ohana?” and “What would you change as officer?”. After they were done discussing, officers tried to start a normal conversation to get to know each individual more thoroughly. Once the applicants left the room, the officers sat and shared their thoughts about each of the members in order to come to a decision. Listen to the recordings for a more detailed idea of what current officers were looking for and what applicants had to offer.
