Amy Chua, author of Battle Hymn of a Tiger Mother and a Chinese immigrant, scolded her oldest daughter Sophia for making fun of someone for having any kind of foreign accent.
“Do you know what a foreign accent is? It’s a sign of bravery,” Chua said.
