Last year, MVHS Sprouts Club and its beloved garden suffered from numerous drawbacks and a lack of activity among its members, remaining what some might call ‘dead’ for most of the year. This year, however, club officers senior Stephen Chang, junior Edwin Peng, senior Benjamin Danek, junior Gill Wang, junior Derek Lee and senior Yunying Tong aspire to restore the club’s passion and participation by going back to Sprouts Club’s roots and redefining the club for what it was initially established for — creating, maintaining and preserving life.
