Most Matadors have to take pig practicals during the physiology unit of their freshman year of biology. As part of this unit, freshmen must undergo smaller weekly tests, or practicals. But the real challenge in passing “dissection season” is the final pig practical, where students are tested on the full anatomy of the pig.
