It’s that time of the year again – Girl Scout cookies are on sale. Once a year, people scramble about to stock up on boxes of their favorite goodies like Samoas, Thin Mints and Tagalongs.
But if you’ve been looking closely up and down the cookie aisles, you might have noticed that there’s something out there to quench your cookie cravings year-round — knockoffs.
Thats right, there are Girl Scout cookie knockoffs. Keebler, Target and other brands have been making cookies that closely resemble the sugary delights everyone loves so much. This sparked a question that we decided to try and test: Can people tell the difference between their favorite Girl Scout cookie and a knockoff?
