Adele’s new single, “Hello” has broken records in just the two weeks since its release. Not only has it broken the record of the most downloads sold in a week with 1,112,000 downloads (beating Flo Rida’s “Right Round” by a landslide, which held the record with 636,000 downloads), but it has also become the second-fastest music video to hit a million views, after PSY’s “Gangnam Style.” Adele’s new album, 25, will be released on Nov. 20, 2015 and as the date approaches, here are student opinions of the song and their expectations for the rest of the album.
