As we go through our daily routines, we rarely stop to think about the people who carry out the needs of the city, those who deliver packages or take out the trash. Either way, these people frequently make an appearance in our lives, contributing to the community in their own way. Mailman Reynaldo Ramos is one of those people, delivering mail to the residents of Cupertino every week for the last 28 years.
