On Monday, April 25, the first school wide event of Celebration Week kicked off with the lunchtime student-staff dodgeball game. In the 50 minute time period, five rounds were played, each totalling three minutes, with extra time in between games for strategic brainstorming and reposing. After winning three of five games in the tournament, the students barely gained an edge over the teachers (winning the last game after a 2-2 tie).
