Dance team and guest performers treat audience to dazzling performances.
The Marquesas enthralled an audience of over 500 in their annual winter showcase, held on Dec. 7 in the gym. The showcase was 1920s-themed and featured guest performances by Urban Soul Movement, The Ritards, MVHS Colorguard, Colin Kim, Timothy Kuo, Carmelia Muljadi, No Strings Attached and Bhangra. Performances such as “Where the Wind Blows” and “Bang Bang” showed inspiration from the 1920s era in style, costume and music choice.
