On Wednesday, May 31st, El Estoque visited iSushi, a restaurant located on Stevens Creek Boulevard. After four dishes, much discussion and a hefty bill (it’s sushi; what can you do?) our reporters decided the new Japanese eatery was a great addition to Cupertino, providing a new option for students during lunch and families during dinner.
