Wedged between a nail salon and a grocery store, Out of the Blue is, just like the items it sells, a rare find. Since 2006 people have been donating their personal items to the consignment store, owned by Faye Pirouzan. “[Having this store] is very nice because I’ve always liked antiques and I like history,” Pirouzan said. “I come from an old country … maybe it’s in my genes too.”
