On April 27, the class of 2013 put on their best formal attire and drove off to Junior Prom at the Villa Ragusa in Campbell.
“The whole experience was just a good time,” junior Adam Zoubeidi said. “I can’t really pick out a single moment that was better than the others because they all were great.”
The dance was held in a large ballroom which included a dance floor and bar. The tables were exquisitely decorated with candles and Hershey’s kisses centerpieces. There was also a section of the ballroom which consisted of a motorcycle arcade game and two skee ball machines. The DJ, from radio station 94.9, ended the night with the theme song, “A Thousand Years” by Christina Perry. Students also had an option to step outside on the balcony if they ever needed some fresh air.
“I loved spending a night with all my friends [and] just having fun,” junior Emily Vokach-Brodsky said. “With the stress of school and everything else, we all needed to take a little break and prom was the perfect way to spend it.”
