On April 17, a student riding her bicycle on Bubb Road and McClellan Road was hit by a minivan
At approximately 4:30 p.m. on Sunday April 17, an accident occurred on the corner of Bubb Road and McClellan Road. The victim was an Indian freshman girl who was hit by a light brown 2000 Toyota Sienna. The driver took a right turn from Bubb onto McClellan and hit the cyclist, who was thrown off her bike. The girl’s shirt, shoe, and bag lay multiple feet away from her bicycle, which had been twisted so that the front wheel faced upwards.
The girl is currently in the hospital.
