Ley’s soccer career with UC Berkeley will begin in 2011
Named as one of the top 50 girls’ soccer players nationwide for the class of 2011, senior Sandra Ley has committed to playing for UC Berkeley in the fall. As a member of the Olympic Development Program since 2005, Ley has always seen soccer as a part of her future. She plays for the MVLA Avalanche club team as well as the varsity soccer team. For the upcoming season, she hopes to lead the varsity girls to another CCS title, which they last won in 2009.
