Senior Kyle Hultquist has a head for balance
Senior Kyle Hultquist has an unusual past time—balancing objects on his head.
He is untrained, only discovering his talent in the previous year. He has balanced objects from laptops to bicycles, yet with each daring new feat he has surprisingly not suffered any serious injuries. Hultquist has balanced numerous heavy objects, including a samurai sword and a lawn mower—the latter of which Hultquist sustained his worst injury—a sore thumb.
“The [most] visible injury that I had [was when] I balanced [the] samurai sword by the point…I had a couple marks on my forehead,” Hultquist said.
Hazards aside, Hultquist has yet to meet his match.
