A brief look at the Golden Globes

A+brief+look+at+the+Golden+Globes

On Sunday, the annual Golden Globes will premiere, awarding both domestic and international actors and films. The Golden Globe Award is presented by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, an organization consisting of members of international journalists. And although some films reappear with Academy Award nominations in Feb., unlike the Oscars, the Golden Globes also award television shows.

This year’s Golden Globe will be broadcasted on NBC on Sunday, Jan. 8 at 5 p.m. and hosted by television host Jimmy Fallon.
