With a tangible sweetness and soft texture, pecan pies are something you’ll often see during the holidays. These mini versions of the traditional pecan pie are a delicious and quick alternative.

Ingredients
Pie crust
1 1/4 cups of flour
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup of butter cut to small cubes
1/4 cup Crisco
1 tb of ice water
Pecan filling
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 and 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 egg lightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
