Every year, the U.S. government celebrates Small Business Week to commend the work done by small businesses across the nation and to aid rising entrepreneurs with their companies. In honor of this year’s Small Business Week, which lasted from April 30 to May 6, a few Cupertino small businesses spoke about how their businesses began and what they hope for the future.And while Cupertino may be internationally known as the home of Apple, these local businesses have been around for years, and have defined our neighborhoods long before the tech giant put our city on the map.
